घृतं प्लीहोदरोक्तं वा निहन्याद्विषमज्वरम् | गुडप्रगाढां त्रिफलां पिबेद्वा विषमार्दितः ||२१२||
This verse states that clarified butter (ghrita), which is either prepared with medicines related to the spleen (plīhodarokta) or with other remedies, can help cure fever caused by imbalance or toxicity. It also mentions that a person suffering from poison-induced fever (vishamārdita) can drink a preparation made from jaggery (guda), along with the compound of Triphala, to alleviate the condition.

इस श्लोक में कहा गया है कि घी (घृत), जिसे या तो प्लीहोदरोक्त से संबंधित औषधियों (प्लिहोदरोक्त) या अन्य उपचारों के साथ तैयार किया जाता है, असंतुलन या विषाक्तता के कारण होने वाले बुखार को ठीक करने में मदद कर सकता है। इसमें यह भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि विष-प्रेरित बुखार (विशामर्दित) से पीड़ित व्यक्ति स्थिति को कम करने के लिए त्रिफला के मिश्रण के साथ गुड़ (गुड़ा) से बना पेय पी सकता है।
