यस्योष्णमङ्गारचितं यथैव दह्येत धूप्येत शिरोक्षिनासम् | शीतेन रात्रौ च भवेद्विशेषः शिरोभितापः स तु पित्तकोपात् ||६||

In this condition, the head feels as if it has been heated by a burning coal, causing intense burning and irritation, particularly in the evening. The pain becomes worse at night and is aggravated by heat. This condition is attributed to the deranged Pitta dosha.

english translation

इस स्थिति में सिर में ऐसा महसूस होता है जैसे जलते हुए कोयले से उसे गर्म किया गया हो, जिससे बहुत ज़्यादा जलन और जलन होती है, खास तौर पर शाम के समय। रात में दर्द और भी बढ़ जाता है और गर्मी से और भी बढ़ जाता है। इस स्थिति को पित्त दोष के विकार के कारण माना जाता है।
