यस्यानिमित्तं शिरसो रुजश्च भवन्ति तीव्रा निशि चातिमात्रम् | बन्धोपतापैश्च भवेद्विशेषः शिरोभितापः स समीरणेन ||५||

In the condition known as Suryavarta, the headache becomes severe due to the rising of the sun and worsens throughout the day, especially in the morning and in the early afternoon. It is alleviated when the sun sets. The pain intensifies with bandaging or pressure and improves with cooling treatments.

english translation

सूर्यवर्त नामक स्थिति में, सूरज उगने के कारण सिरदर्द गंभीर हो जाता है और पूरे दिन, खासकर सुबह और दोपहर के समय में बढ़ता रहता है। सूरज ढलने पर यह कम हो जाता है। पट्टी बांधने या दबाव डालने से दर्द बढ़ जाता है और ठंडक देने से ठीक हो जाता है।
