श्वेतामूलं सदाभद्रां वर्षाभूं चात्र संहरेत् । तैलमेभिर्विपक्वं तु नस्यमस्योपकल्पयेत् ॥३२॥
For the treatment of Kaphaja Pratishyaya, Shvetamoola (white-rooted plant), Sadabhadra, and Varshabhu should be gathered for their medicinal properties. These herbs, when combined, help to balance the Kapha dosha and alleviate symptoms of nasal congestion. The oils prepared from these herbs should be cooked (Vipakva) and used as an errhine (Nasya) to clear the nasal passages and provide relief from the congestion and discomfort caused by Kaphaja Pratishyaya.

कफज प्रतिश्याय के उपचार के लिए श्वेतमूल (सफ़ेद जड़ वाला पौधा), सदाभद्र और वर्षाभू को उनके औषधीय गुणों के लिए इकट्ठा किया जाना चाहिए। इन जड़ी-बूटियों को मिलाने पर, कफ दोष को संतुलित करने और नाक की भीड़ के लक्षणों को कम करने में मदद मिलती है। इन जड़ी-बूटियों से तैयार तेलों को पकाया जाना चाहिए (विपाकवा) और नाक के मार्ग को साफ़ करने और कफज प्रतिश्याय के कारण होने वाली भीड़ और परेशानी से राहत देने के लिए एक इरिन (नस्य) के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिए।
