सरलाकिणिहीदारुनिकुम्भेङ्गुदिभिः कृताः । वर्तयश्चोपयोज्याः स्युर्धूमपाने यथाविधि ॥३३॥
For the treatment of Kaphaja Pratishyaya, the combination of Sarala, Kinihi, Daru, Nikumbha, and Ingudi should be used. These herbs are prepared into Vartis (medicated pills or pellets) and should be employed for smoking (Dhuma-pana), as prescribed by the appropriate method. This treatment helps in clearing the nasal passages and reducing the symptoms of congestion caused by Kaphaja Pratishyaya.

कफज प्रतिश्याय के उपचार के लिए सरला, किनिही, दारू, निकुंभ और इंगुडी के मिश्रण का उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए। इन जड़ी-बूटियों को वर्तियों (औषधीय गोलियाँ या छर्रे) में तैयार किया जाता है और उचित विधि द्वारा बताए अनुसार इनका धूम्रपान (धूम-पान) किया जाना चाहिए। यह उपचार नाक के मार्ग को साफ करने और कफज प्रतिश्याय के कारण होने वाली भीड़ के लक्षणों को कम करने में मदद करता है।
