किञ्जिद्धीनविकारं स्यात्तर्पणाद्धि कृतादति । तत्र दोषहरं रूक्षं भेषजं शस्यते मृदु ॥८०॥
If the eye is affected by weakness or disorders, the treatment should be applied through proper nourishment (tarpana), which removes the doshas. A remedy that is dry and mild is recommended for such conditions.
