संरम्भशूलौ नस्यान्ते, शिरोरुजि शिरोरुजम् | शिरःस्नातेऽतिशीते च रवावनुदितेऽपि च ||७१||

Nasal treatments should be avoided in cases where there is intense pain, headaches, or scalp-related disorders, especially when the head is exposed to excessive cold, direct sunlight, or when there is discomfort due to pain or tension in the head.

उन मामलों में नाक के उपचार से बचना चाहिए जहां तीव्र दर्द, सिरदर्द या खोपड़ी से संबंधित विकार हो, विशेष रूप से जब सिर अत्यधिक ठंड, प्रत्यक्ष सूर्य के प्रकाश के संपर्क में हो, या जब सिर में दर्द या तनाव के कारण असुविधा हो।

Due to the persistence of doshas in their place, it can cause an aggravation of the doshas, even leading to conditions like indigestion. This can also occur due to the obstruction of the channels or pathways (srotas).

दोषवेगोदये दत्तं कुर्यात्तांस्तानुपद्रवान् | तस्मात् परिहरन् दोषानञ्जनं साधु योजयेत् ||७३||

When the force of the doshas arises, one should apply the appropriate treatments to counteract the resulting disturbances. Therefore, to eliminate these disturbances, one should properly use the prescribed medicinal applications, such as anointment (anjana).

जब दोषों का बल बढ़ता है, तो व्यक्ति को परिणामी गड़बड़ी का मुकाबला करने के लिए उचित उपचार लागू करना चाहिए। इसलिए, इन गड़बड़ियों को खत्म करने के लिए, व्यक्ति को निर्धारित औषधीय अनुप्रयोगों, जैसे कि अंजना का उचित उपयोग करना चाहिए।

The specific time for the application of the anointment (lekhana) has been described. By using applications like anointment (seka), and by the practices of eye-cleansing (jyotana) and lepas (ointments), one can conquer the disturbances (vyapada).
