मूर्धाभिघातव्यायामव्यवायवमिमूर्च्छनैः । दोषः प्रत्येति कोपाच्च विद्धोऽतितरुणश्च यः ॥८१॥

The dosha, when aggravated by impact on the head, physical exertion, or excessive movement, may lead to fainting. If the dosha is disturbed excessively, it will return and cause even more intense symptoms, especially in a young individual who is already wounded or vulnerable.

सिर पर चोट लगने, शारीरिक परिश्रम या अत्यधिक हरकत से दोष के बढ़ने पर बेहोशी हो सकती है। अगर दोष में अत्यधिक गड़बड़ी हो जाए, तो यह वापस आ जाएगा और और भी अधिक गंभीर लक्षण पैदा करेगा, खासकर ऐसे युवा व्यक्ति में जो पहले से ही घायल या कमज़ोर हो।

शलाका कर्कशा शूलं, खरा दोषपरिप्लुतिम् । व्रणं विशालं स्थूलाग्रा, तीक्ष्णा हिंस्यादनेकधा ॥८२॥

A sharp, rigid needle should not be used in cases of intense pain, where the dosha is aggravated and causes severe inflammation. It is particularly harmful when the wound is large, swollen, or the edges are thick, as the needle may cause further injury in multiple ways.

Therefore, treatments that are soothing and stabilizing, avoiding such disturbances, are recommended.

It is wrapped with a thread in the middle, and it measures the length of eight fingers. It is of the size of a thumb joint and has the shape of a bud at the mouth or opening.
