Three are curable, three are incurable, and six are manageable. Among these, the remedy for the first of the manageable conditions characterized by the perception of smoke has been described.

In cases where the vision is impaired due to deranged Pitta or Kapha, treatments that alleviate Pitta and Kapha should be administered, excluding surgical procedures involving incisions.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptनस्यसेकाञ्जनालेपपुटपाकैः सतर्पणैः । आद्ये तु त्रैफलं पेयं सर्पिस्त्रैवृतमुत्तरे ॥५॥
In the initial stage, therapies such as nasal medication (Nasya), irrigation (Sekas), collyrium (Anjana), topical applications (Lepas), and procedures like Putapaka, along with nourishing treatments (Tarpanas), should be employed. In the advanced stage, medicated ghee prepared with Triphala (Traiphala) should be consumed, while in the later stages, ghee prepared with Trivrita should be administered.
