न वयं त्वामरैर्दैत्यैः सिद्धगन्धर्वचारणैः । नास्पृष्टपूर्वां जानीमो लोकेशैश्च कुतो नृभिः ।। ८-९-४ ॥
What to speak of human beings, even the demigods, demons, Siddhas, Gandharvas, Cāraṇas and the various directors of the universe, the Prajāpatis, have never touched You before. It is not that we are unable to understand Your identity. ।। 8-9-4 ॥

मनुष्यों की कौन कहे, देवता, असुर, सिद्ध, गन्धर्व, चारण तथा ब्रह्माण्ड के विभिन्न निर्देशक अर्थात् प्रजापति तक इसके पूर्व तुम्हारा स्पर्श नहीं कर पाये। ऐसा नहीं है कि हम तुम्हें ठीक से पहचान नहीं पा रहे हों। ।। ८-९-४ ॥
