ऋषयः कल्पयाञ्चक्रुरभिषेकं यथाविधि । जगुर्भद्राणि गन्धर्वा नट्यश्च ननृतुर्जगुः ।‌। ८-८-१२ ॥

The great sages performed the bathing ceremony of the goddess of fortune as directed in the authorized scriptures, the Gandharvas chanted all-auspicious Vedic mantras, and the professional women dancers very nicely danced and sang authorized songs prescribed in the Vedas. ।‌। 8-8-12 ॥

english translation

ऋषियों ने प्रामाणिक शास्त्रों में निर्दिष्ट विधि से सौभाग्य की देवी (लक्ष्मी) का अभिषेक उत्सव सम्पन्न किया; गन्धर्वों ने सर्वमंगलकारी वैदिक मंत्रों का उच्चारण किया और व्यावसायिक नर्तकियों ने सुन्दर नृत्य किया तथा वेदों द्वारा बताये गये प्रामाणिक गीतों को गाया। ।‌। ८-८-१२ ॥
