तत्तस्य ते सदसतोः परतः परस्य नाञ्जः स्वरूपगमने प्रभवन्ति भूम्नः । ब्रह्मादयः किमुत संस्तवने वयं तु तत्सर्गसर्गविषया अपि शक्तिमात्रम् ।। ८-७-३४ ॥
Even personalities like Lord Brahmā and other demigods cannot understand your position, for you are beyond the moving and nonmoving creation. Since no one can understand you in truth, how can one offer you prayers? It is impossible. As far as we are concerned, we are creatures of Lord Brahmā’s creation. Under the circumstances, therefore, we cannot offer you adequate prayers, but as far as our ability allows, we have expressed our feelings. ।। 8-7-34 ॥

ब्रह्मा जी तथा अन्य देवतागण जैसे व्यक्ति तक आपकी स्थिति नहीं समझ सकते क्योंकि आप चर तथा अचर सृष्टि से भी परे हैं। चूँकि आपको सही रूप में कोई नहीं समझ सकता तो फिर भला कोई किस तरह आपकी स्तुति कर सकता है? यह असम्भव है। जहाँ तक हमारा सम्बन्ध है, हम ब्रह्मा जी की सृष्टि के प्राणी हैं। अतएव ऐसी परिस्थितियों में हम आपकी ठीक से स्तुति नहीं कर सकते, किन्तु हमने अपनी बुद्धि के अनुसार अपनी भावनाएँ व्यक्त की हैं। ।। ८-७-३४ ॥
