न यत्प्रसादायुतभागलेशमन्ये च देवा गुरवो जनाः स्वयम् । कर्तुं समेताः प्रभवन्ति पुंसस्तमीश्वरं त्वां शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥ ८-२४-४९ ॥
Neither all the demigods, nor the so-called gurus nor all other people, either independently or together, can offer mercy that equals even one ten-thousandth of Yours. Therefore I wish to take shelter of Your lotus feet. ॥ 8-24-49 ॥

न तो सारे देवता, न तथाकथित गुरू, न ही अन्य सारे लोग, स्वतंत्र रूप से या साथ मिलकर, आपकी कृपा के दस हजारवें भाग के बराबर भी कृपा प्रदान कर सकते हैं। अतएव मैं आपके चरणकमलों की शरण लेना चाहता हूँ। ॥ ८-२४-४९ ॥
