अथाङ्घ्रये प्रोन्नमिताय विष्णोरुपाहरत्पद्मभवोऽर्हणोदकम् । समर्च्य भक्त्याभ्यगृणाच्छुचिश्रवा यन्नाभिपङ्केरुहसम्भवः स्वयम् ।। ८-२१-३ ।।

And still others were those who had attained residence in Brahmaloka not by ordinary karma but by advanced Vedic knowledge. After devotedly worshiping the upraised lotus feet of the Supreme Lord with oblations of water, Lord Brahmā, who was born of the lotus emanating from Lord Viṣṇu’s navel, offered prayers to the Lord. ।। 8-21-3 ।।

english translation

कुछ ऐसे भी थे जिन्होंने सामान्य कर्म से नहीं प्रत्युत उच्च वैदिक ज्ञान द्वारा ब्रह्मलोक में निवासस्थान प्राप्त किया था। जल तर्पण द्वारा भगवान् के ऊपर उठे चरणकमलों की भक्तिपूर्वक पूजा कर लेने के बाद भगवान् विष्णु की नाभि से निकले कमल से उत्पन्न ब्रह्माजी ने भगवान् की स्तुति की। ।। ८-२१-३ ।।

athAGghraye pronnamitAya viSNorupAharatpadmabhavo'rhaNodakam | samarcya bhaktyAbhyagRNAcchucizravA yannAbhipaGkeruhasambhavaH svayam || 8-21-3 ||
