चूतैः प्रियालैः पनसैराम्रैराम्रातकैरपि । क्रमुकैर्नालिकेरैश्च खर्जूरैर्बीजपूरकैः ॥ ८-२-११ ॥
Cūtas, piyālas, panasas, mangoes, āmrātakas, kramukas, coconut trees, date trees and pomegranates. ॥ 8-2-11 ॥

There were madhukas, palm trees, tamālas, asanas, arjunas, ariṣṭas, uḍumbaras, plakṣas, banyan trees, kiṁśukas and sandalwood trees. ॥ 8-2-12 ॥

वहाँ पर मधुक, ताड़, तमाल, असन, अर्जुन, अरिष्ट, उडुम्बर, प्लक्ष, बरगद, किंशुक तथा चन्दन के वृक्ष थे। ॥ ८-२-१२ ॥

There were also picumardas, kovidāras, saralas, sura-dārus, grapes, sugarcane, bananas, jambu, badarīs, akṣas, abhayas and āmalakīs. ॥ 8-2-13 ॥

वहाँ पर पिचुमर्द, कोविदार, सरल, सुरदारु, अंगूर, गन्ना, केला, जम्बु, बदरी, अक्ष, अभय तथा आमलकी भी थे। ॥ ८-२-१३ ॥

बिल्वैः कपित्थैर्जम्बीरैर्वृतो भल्लातकादिभिः । तस्मिन् सरः सुविपुलं लसत्काञ्चनपङ्कजम् ॥ ८-२-१४ ॥
In that garden there was a very large lake filled with shining golden lotus flowers and the flowers known as kumuda, kahlāra, utpala and śatapatra, which added excellent beauty to the mountain. There were also bilva, kapittha, jambīra and bhallātaka trees. ॥ 8-2-14 ॥

उस उद्यान में एक विशाल सरोवर था, जो चमकीले सुनहरे कमल के फूलों से तथा कुमुद, कह्लार, उत्पल एवं शतपत्र फूलों से भरा था जिनसे पर्वत की सुन्दरता में वृद्धि हो रही थी। उस उद्यान में बिल्व, कपित्थ, जम्बीर तथा भल्लातक वृक्ष भी थे। ॥ ८-२-१४ ॥

कुमुदोत्पलकह्लारशतपत्रश्रियोर्जितम् । मत्तषट्पदनिर्घुष्टं शकुन्तैश्च कलस्वनैः ॥ ८-२-१५ ॥
the flowers known as kumuda, kahlāra, utpala and śatapatra, Intoxicated bumblebees drank honey and hummed with the chirping of the birds, whose songs were very melodious. ॥ 8-2-15 ॥

फूलों से तथा कुमुद, कह्लार, उत्पल एवं शतपत्र फूलों से भरा था मदमत्त भौरें मधुपान कर रहे थे और अत्यन्त मधुर ध्वनि में गान करने वाले पक्षियों की चहचहाहट के साथ वे भी गुनगुना रहे थे। ॥ ८-२-१५ ॥
