ज्ञानमात्रं परं ब्रह्म परमात्मेश्वरः पुमान् । दृश्यादिभिः पृथग्भावैर्भगवानेक ईयते ॥ ३-३२-२६ ॥
The Supreme Personality of Godhead alone is complete transcendental knowledge, but according to the different processes of understanding He appears differently, either as impersonal Brahman, as Paramātmā, as the Supreme Personality of Godhead or as the puruṣa-avatāra. ॥ 3-32-26 ॥
english translation
केवल भगवान् ही पूर्ण दिव्य ज्ञान हैं, किन्तु समझने की भिन्न-भिन्न विधियों के अनुसार वे या तो निर्गुण ब्रह्म, परमात्मा, भगवान् या पुरुष अवतार के रूप में भिन्न-भिन्न प्रतीत होते हैं। ॥ ३-३२-२६ ॥

एतावानेव योगेन समग्रेणेह योगिनः । युज्यतेऽभिमतो ह्यर्थो यदसङ्गस्तु कृत्स्नशः ॥ ३-३२-२७ ॥
The greatest common understanding for all yogīs is complete detachment from matter, which can be achieved by different kinds of yoga. ॥ 3-32-27 ॥

समस्त योगियों के लिए सबसे बड़ी सूझबूझ तो पदार्थ से पूर्ण विरक्ति है, जिसे योग के विभिन्न प्रकारों द्वारा प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। ॥ ३-३२-२७ ॥

ज्ञानमेकं पराचीनैरिन्द्रियैर्ब्रह्म निर्गुणम् । अवभात्यर्थरूपेण भ्रान्त्या शब्दादिधर्मिणा ॥ ३-३२-२८ ॥
Those who are averse to the Transcendence realize the Supreme Absolute Truth differently through speculative sense perception, and therefore, because of mistaken speculation, everything appears to them to be relative. ॥ 3-32-28 ॥

जो अध्यात्म से पराङ्मुख हैं, वे परम सत्य (परमेश्वर) को कल्पित इन्द्रिय-प्रतीति द्वारा अनुभव करते हैं, अत: भ्रान्तिवश उन्हें प्रत्येक वस्तु सापेक्ष प्रतीत होती है। ॥ ३-३२-२८ ॥

यथा महानहं रूपस्त्रिवृत्पञ्चविधः स्वराट् । एकादशविधस्तस्य वपुरण्डं जगद्यतः ॥ ३-३२-२९ ॥
From the total energy, the mahat-tattva, I have manifested the false ego, the three modes of material nature, the five material elements, the individual consciousness, the eleven senses and the material body. Similarly, the entire universe has come from the Supreme Personality of Godhead. ॥ 3-32-29 ॥

मैंने महत् तत्त्व या समग्र शक्ति से अहंकार, तीनों गुण, पाँचों तत्त्व, व्यष्टि चेतना, ग्यारह इन्द्रियाँ तथा शरीर उत्पन्न किये हैं। इसी प्रकार मुझ भगवान् से ही सारा ब्रह्माण्ड प्रकट हुआ। ॥ ३-३२-२९ ॥

एतद्वै श्रद्धया भक्त्या योगाभ्यासेन नित्यशः । समाहितात्मा निःसङ्गो विरक्त्या परिपश्यति ॥ ३-३२-३० ॥
This perfect knowledge can be achieved by a person who is already engaged in devotional service with faith, steadiness and full detachment, and who is always absorbed in thought of the Supreme. He is aloof from material association. ॥ 3-32-30 ॥

यह पूर्ण ज्ञान उस व्यक्ति को प्राप्त होता है, जो पहले से ही श्रद्धा, तन्मयता तथा पूर्ण विरक्ति सहित भक्ति में लगा रहता है और भगवान् के विचार में निरन्तर निमग्न रहता है। वह भौतिक संगति से निर्लिप्तदूर रहता है। ॥ ३-३२-३० ॥
