Srimad Bhagavatam
यानि यानीह गीतानि तद्बालचरितानि च । दधिनिर्मन्थने काले स्मरन्ती तान्यगायत ॥ १०-९-२ ॥
While churning, she remembered the childish activities of Kṛṣṇa, and in her own way she composed songs and enjoyed singing to herself about all those activities. ॥ 10-9-2 ॥
english translation
दही मथते समय उन्होंने कृष्ण की बाल-क्रीड़ाओं का स्मरण किया और स्वयं उन क्रीड़ाओं के विषय में गीत बनाते हुए उन्हें गुनगुनाकर आनन्द लेने लगीं। ॥ १०-९-२ ॥
