नूनं नानामदोन्नद्धाः शान्तिं नेच्छन्त्यसाधवः । तेषां हि प्रशमो दण्डः पशूनां लगुडो यथा ॥ १०-६८-३१ ॥
[Lord Balarāma said:] “Clearly the many passions of these scoundrels have made them so proud that they do not want peace. Then let them be pacified by physical punishment, as animals are with a stick. ॥ 10-68-31 ॥
english translation
[भगवान बलराम ने कहा:] "स्पष्ट रूप से इन दुष्टों के कई जुनून ने उन्हें इतना घमंडी बना दिया है कि वे शांति नहीं चाहते हैं। फिर उन्हें शारीरिक दंड से शांत किया जाए, जैसे जानवर छड़ी से होते हैं। ॥ १०-६८-३१ ॥

अहो यदून् सुसंरब्धान् कृष्णं च कुपितं शनैः । सान्त्वयित्वाहमेतेषां शममिच्छन्निहागतः ॥ १०-६८-३२ ॥
“Ah, only gradually was I able to calm the furious Yadus and Lord Kṛṣṇa, who was also enraged. Desiring peace for these Kauravas, I came here. ॥ 10-68-32 ॥

"ओह, धीरे-धीरे ही मैं क्रोधित यदुओं और भगवान कृष्ण को, जो क्रोधित थे, शांत करने में सक्षम हो सका। मैं इन कौरवों के लिए शांति की इच्छा से यहां आया हूं। ॥ १०-६८-३२ ॥

त इमे मन्दमतयः कलहाभिरताः खलाः । तं मामवज्ञाय मुहुर्दुर्भाषान् मानिनोऽब्रुवन् ॥ १०-६८-३३ ॥
But they are so dull-headed, fond of quarrel and mischievous by nature that they have repeatedly disrespected Me. Out of conceit they dared to address Me with harsh words! ॥ 10-68-33 ॥

परंतु वे स्वभाव से इतने मंदबुद्धि, झगड़ालू और शरारती हैं कि उन्होंने बार-बार मेरा अनादर किया है। दंभ के कारण उन्होंने मुझे कठोर शब्दों से संबोधित करने का साहस किया! ॥ १०-६८-३३ ॥

नोग्रसेनः किल विभुर्भोजवृष्ण्यन्धकेश्वरः । शक्रादयो लोकपाला यस्यादेशानुवर्तिनः ॥ १०-६८-३४ ॥
“King Ugrasena, the lord of the Bhojas, Vṛṣṇis and Andhakas, is not fit to command, when Indra and other planetary rulers obey his orders? ॥ 10-68-34 ॥

भोज, वृष्णि और अंधक के स्वामी राजा उग्रसेन आदेश देने के योग्य नहीं हैं, जबकि इंद्र और अन्य ग्रह शासक उनके आदेशों का पालन करते हैं? ॥ १०-६८-३४ ॥

सुधर्माऽऽक्रम्यते येन पारिजातोऽमराङ्घ्रिपः । आनीय भुज्यते सोऽसौ न किलाध्यासनार्हणः ॥ १०-६८-३५ ॥
That same Kṛṣṇa who occupies the Sudharmā assembly hall and for His enjoyment took the pārijāta tree from the immortal demigods — that very Kṛṣṇa is indeed not fit to sit on a royal throne? ॥ 10-68-35 ॥

वही कृष्ण जिन्होंने सुधर्म सभा भवन में निवास किया और अपने आनंद के लिए अमर देवताओं से पारिजात वृक्ष ले लिया - वही कृष्ण वास्तव में राज सिंहासन पर बैठने के योग्य नहीं हैं? ॥ १०-६८-३५ ॥
