एवं निहत्य द्विविदं जगद्व्यतिकरावहम् । संस्तूयमानो भगवान् जनैः स्वपुरमाविशत् ॥ १०-६७-२८ ॥
Having thus killed Dvivida, who had disturbed the whole world, the Supreme Lord returned to His capital as the people along the way chanted His glories. ॥ 10-67-28 ॥

इस प्रकार समस्त विश्व को परेशान करने वाले द्विविद्या को मारकर, परम भगवान अपनी राजधानी में लौट आये और रास्ते में लोग उनकी महिमा का गान कर रहे थे। ॥ १०-६७-२८ ॥
