शङ्खभेर्यानका नेदुर्गीतवाद्यद्विजाशिषः । नरा नार्यः प्रमुदिताः सुवासःस्रगलङ्कृताः ॥ १०-५८-४९ ॥
Conchshells, horns and drums resounded, along with vocal and instrumental music and the sounds of brāhmaṇas, invoking blessings. The joyful men and women adorned themselves with fine clothing and garlands. ॥ 10-58-49 ॥

शंख, भृंग और ढोल गूँज रहे थे, साथ ही स्वर और वाद्य संगीत और आशीर्वाद देने वाले ब्राह्मणों की ध्वनि भी गूंज रही थी। हर्षित पुरुषों और महिलाओं ने खुद को अच्छे कपड़ों और मालाओं से सजाया। ॥ १०-५८-४९ ॥
