एतन्मम मतं तात क्रियतां यदि रोचते । अयं गोब्राह्मणाद्रीणां मह्यं च दयितो मखः ॥ १०-२४-३० ॥
This is My idea, O father, and you may carry it out if it appeals to you. Such a sacrifice will be very dear to the cows, the brāhmaṇas and Govardhana Hill, and also to Me. ॥ 10-24-30 ॥
english translation
हे पिताश्री, यह मेरा विचार है और यदि आपको अच्छा लगे तो आप इसे कीजिये। ऐसा यज्ञ गौवों, ब्राह्मणों तथा गोवर्धन पर्वत को एवं मुझको भी अत्यन्त प्रिय होगा। ॥ १०-२४-३० ॥
