तदुपाकर्ण्य भगवान् प्रहस्य जगदीश्वरः । व्याजहार पुनर्गोपान् दर्शयन् लौकिकीं गतिम् ॥ १०-२३-१३ ॥
Hearing what had happened, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the Lord of the universe, simply laughed. Then He again addressed the cowherd boys, showing them the way men act in this world. ॥ 10-23-13 ॥
english translation
जो कुछ हुआ था उसे सुनकर ब्रह्माण्ड के स्वामी भगवान् हँसने लगे। तत्पश्चात् उन्होंने पुन: ग्वालबालों को इस जगत में जिस तरह लोग कर्म करते हैं उस मार्ग को दिखलाते हुए सम्बोधित किया। ॥ १०-२३-१३ ॥
