रावणान्तः पुरे रोधं राक्षसीभिश्च तर्जनम् | रामे समनुरागं च यश्चायं समयः कृतः || ५-६५-३

(He began) to recount the story of Sita and her confinement in Ravana’s harem, of the threats of the female titans, of her unflinching devotion to Rama and the time fixed for her execution. [5-65-3]

english translation

rAvaNAntaH pure rodhaM rAkSasIbhizca tarjanam | rAme samanurAgaM ca yazcAyaM samayaH kRtaH || 5-65-3
