सुखार्हां दुःखसन्तप्तां व्यसनानामकोविदाम् । तां समीक्ष्य विशालाक्षीमधिकं मलिनां कृशाम् ॥ ५-१५-२६

तर्कयामास सीतेति कारणैरुपपादिभिः । ह्रियमाणा तदा तेन रक्षसा कामरूपिणा ॥ ५-१५-२७
- Hanuman started deliberating in himself and guessed it was Sita for strong reasons. 'This is similar to the form seen while the demon was kidnapping her' - [5-15-27]

यथारूपा हि दृष्टा वै तथारूपेयमङ्गना । पूर्णचन्द्राननां सुभ्रूं चारुवृत्तपयोधराम् ॥ ५-१५-२८
- he (Hanuman) guessed after beholding the form of the large-eyed lady (Sita). She had beautiful round breasts and shapely eyebrows. Her face resembled the fullmoon . - [5-15-28]

कुर्वतीं प्रभयादेवीं सर्वा वितिमिरा दिशः । तां नीलकेशीं बिम्बोष्ठीं सुमध्यां सुप्रतिष्ठिताम् ॥ ५-१५-२९
- which dispelled the encircling gloom by its radiance. She had a slender waist, red lips, dark hair, and attractive limbs. [5-15-29]

सीतां पद्मपलाशाक्षीं मन्मथस्य रतिं यथा । इष्टां सर्वस्य जगतः पूर्णचन्द्रप्रभामिव ॥ ५-१५-३०
Sita with eyes like lotus petals, was comparable to Rati, consort of Cupid. Just as the radiance of the full moon is cherished by all, this lady was liked by every one in this world. [5-15-30]
