स सागरं दानवपन्नगायुतं बलेन विक्रम्य महोर्मिमालिनम् । निपत्य तीरे च महोदधेस्तदा ददर्श लङ्काममरावतीमिव ॥ ५-१-२१०
Landing on the shore after crossing by his prowess the great ocean filled with demons, and serpents, adorned with garlands of waves, Hanuman beheld Lanka which was like Amaravati, the capital of Indra. ॥ 5-1-210॥

sa sAgaraM dAnavapannagAyutaM balena vikramya mahormimAlinam । nipatya tIre ca mahodadhestadA dadarza laGkAmamarAvatImiva ॥ 5-1-210
