सद्योऽहं त्वत्प्रतीक्षोऽस्मि वेद्यामस्यां प्रतिष्ठितः | अविघ्नं कुरुतां राजा किमर्थं हि विलम्ब्यते || १-७३-१६

I am already ready and awaiting for you remaining at this Altar of Fire. Why delay? Tell the king ( Dasharatha ), to let everything be done indeed without any deterrents ... ( So said Janaka to Vashishta ). [1-73-16]

english translation

sadyo'haM tvatpratIkSo'smi vedyAmasyAM pratiSThitaH | avighnaM kurutAM rAjA kimarthaM hi vilambyate || 1-73-16

तद्वाक्यं जनकेनोक्तं श्रुत्वा दशरथस्तदा | प्रवेशयामास सुतान् सर्वानृषिगणानपि || १-७३-१७

At the words of Janaka ( through Vashishtha ), Dasharatha brought his sons along with the hosts of ascetics and entered the marriage pavilion. [1-73-17]

english translation

tadvAkyaM janakenoktaM zrutvA dazarathastadA | pravezayAmAsa sutAn sarvAnRSigaNAnapi || 1-73-17

ततो राजा विदेहानां वशिष्ठमिदमब्रवीत् | कारयस्व ऋषे सर्वानृषिभिः सह धार्मिक || १-७३-१८

Thereafter the king of the Videhaas to Vashishtha, 'Oh ! Adherent of righteousness, Oh ! Maharshi perform with the rishis..... - [1-73-18]

tato rAjA videhAnAM vaziSThamidamabravIt | kArayasva RSe sarvAnRSibhiH saha dhArmika || 1-73-18

रामस्य लोकरामस्य क्रियां वैवाहिकीं प्रभो | तथेत्युक्त्वा तु जनकं वशिष्ठो भगवानृषिः || १-७३-१९

- the marriage ceremony of Rama who causes delight to the three worlds. Venerable and renowned ascetic Vasishta said to Janaka "Be it so". [1-73-19]

english translation

rAmasya lokarAmasya kriyAM vaivAhikIM prabho | tathetyuktvA tu janakaM vaziSTho bhagavAnRSiH || 1-73-19

विश्वामित्रं पुरस्कृत्य शतानंदं च धार्मिकम् | प्रपामध्ये तु विधिवद्वेदीं कृत्वा महातपाः || १-७३-२०

And with Vishvaamitra and virtuous Shataananda in the forefront, an altar was duly improvised in the centre of the sacrificial pavilion. [1-73-20]
