यत्कृते पितरः पुत्रान् जनयन्ति शुभार्थिनः | परलोकहितार्थाय तस्य कालोऽयमागतः || १-६२-९

- 'For what reason parents engender sons, desiring positivity and for the purpose of welfare in the worlds, this is the time that has come for fulfilling that reason. [1-62-9]

yatkRte pitaraH putrAn janayanti zubhArthinaH | paralokahitArthAya tasya kAlo'yamAgataH || 1-62-9
