यत्कृते पितरः पुत्रान् जनयन्ति शुभार्थिनः । परलोकहितार्थाय तस्य कालोऽयमागतः ॥ १-६२-९

- 'For what reason parents engender sons, desiring positivity and for the purpose of welfare in the worlds, this is the time that has come for fulfilling that reason. ॥ 1-62-9॥

english translation

yatkRte pitaraH putrAn janayanti zubhArthinaH । paralokahitArthAya tasya kAlo'yamAgataH ॥ 1-62-9
