भ्राता भव यवीयांस्त्वं शक्रस्यासुरसूदन । शोकार्तानां तु देवानां साहाय्यं कर्तुमर्हसि ॥ १-२९-१७

- Oh ! Destroyer of asuras, it will be apt of you to render help to gods who are agonised in the anguish ( owing to the predominance of Emperor Bali ), by becoming the younger brother of Indra. ॥ 1-29-17॥
