बालं मे तनयं ब्रह्मन्नैव दास्यामि पुत्रकम् | अथ कालोपमौ युद्धे सुतौ सुन्दोपसुन्दयोः || १-२०-२५

sanskrit

Oh brahman ! he is the one who alleviates me from punnama naraka the hell of sonless fathers... no, on no account shall I spare my boyish son. Further the sons of Sunda and Upasunda by name Maricha and Subahu, they resemble the god of death, Yama. [1-20-25]

english translation

bAlaM me tanayaM brahmannaiva dAsyAmi putrakam | atha kAlopamau yuddhe sutau sundopasundayoH || 1-20-25
