ततो गृध्रस्य वचनात्सम्पातेेर्हनुमान् बली । शतयोजनविस्तीर्णं पुप्लुवे लवणार्णवम् ॥ १-१-७२
After that, the strong Hanuman, upon the word of the vulture Sampati who was elder brother of Jatayu, flew across the salty ocean one hundred yojanas in breadth. ॥ 1-1-72॥
english translation
tato gRdhrasya vacanAtsampAteerhanumAn balI । zatayojanavistIrNaM pupluve lavaNArNavam ॥ 1-1-72
