सवैर सवैर गुणैः सुसंयुक्तास तस्मिन वर्षे तरयॊदशे देशे तस्मिन भविष्यन्ति तात पाण्डव संयुते ॥ ४-२७-२१ ॥
'Indeed, in the land where the sons of Pandu have taken refuge during this thirteenth year of their exile, the people will be contented and cheerful, pure in conduct, and free from all misery.' ॥ 4-27-21 ॥
english translation
संप्रीतिमाञ जनस तत्र संतुष्टः शुचिर अव्ययः देवतातिथिपूजासु सर्वभूतानुरागवान ॥ ४-२७-२२ ॥
'Devoted wholeheartedly to the worship of gods and guests, the people will be generous and energetic, steadfast in their commitment to eternal virtue.' ॥ 4-27-22 ॥

इष्टदानॊ महॊत्साहः शश्वद धर्मपरायणः अशुभ दविच छुभप्रेप्सुर नित्ययज्ञः शुभव्रतः भविष्यति जनस तत्र यत्र राजा युधिष्ठिरः ॥ ४-२७-२३ ॥
'The people there, where King Yudhishthira reigns, will be generous and enthusiastic, always devoted to dharma. They will reject evil and those who seek to do harm, ever engaged in sacrifices and steadfast in virtuous vows.' ॥ 4-27-23 ॥

तयक्तवाक्यानृतस तात शुभकल्याण मङ्गलः शुभार्थेप्षुः शुभमतिर यत्र राजा युधिष्ठिरः भविष्यति जनस तत्र नित्यं चेष्ट परियव्रतः ॥ ४-२७-२४ ॥
'Ever observant of sacrifices and pure vows, and abhorring falsehood in speech, they will consistently desire what is wholesome, auspicious, and beneficial. Wherever Yudhishthira dwells, the people will surely seek what is good, their hearts ever inclined toward virtue.' ॥ 4-27-24 ॥

धर्मात्मा स तदादृश्यः सॊ ऽपि तात दविजातिभिः किं पुनः पराकृतैः पार्थः शक्यॊ विज्ञातुम अन्ततः ॥ ४-२७-२५ ॥
'That righteous soul (dharmatma) is difficult to understand even by the twice-born (dvijas/brahmins), O dear one - how much more so can Partha (Arjuna) be truly known by ordinary people?' ॥ 4-27-25 ॥
