ये तु सर्वाणि कर्माणि मयि संन्यस्य मत्पराः । अनन्येनैव योगेन मां ध्यायन्त उपासते॥६-३४-६॥
But those who, dedicating all actions to Me and taking Me as the supreme end, worship Me—meditating on Me with exclusive yoga
english translation
तेषामहं समुद्धर्ता मृत्युसंसारसागरात् । भवामि नचिरात्पार्थ मय्यावेशितचेतसाम्॥६-३४-७॥
For them I become, before long, the deliverer from the ocean of death and cyclic existence, O Pārtha—of those whose consciousness is absorbed in Me.
english translation
मय्येव मन आधत्स्व मयि बुद्धिं निवेशय । निवसिष्यसि मय्येव अत ऊर्ध्वं न संशयः॥६-३४-८॥
Fix your mind on Me alone; place your intellect in Me. Thereafter you will abide in Me alone—of this there is no doubt.
english translation
अथ चित्तं समाधातुं न शक्नोषि मयि स्थिरम् । अभ्यासयोगेन ततो मामिच्छाप्तुं धनंजय॥६-३४-९॥
If you are unable to steady your mind in Me with firmness, then seek to reach Me through the yoga of disciplined practice, O Dhanaṃjaya.
english translation
अभ्यासेऽप्यसमर्थोऽसि मत्कर्मपरमो भव । मदर्थमपि कर्माणि कुर्वन्सिद्धिमवाप्स्यसि॥६-३४-१०॥
If you are unable even to undertake such practice, then be devoted to actions done for My sake. Performing works for My purpose, you will attain fulfillment.
