As the great wind, moving everywhere, is ever situated in space, so too understand that all beings abide in Me.
english translation
All beings, O Kaunteya, enter into My nature at the end of a cosmic cycle; and again, at the beginning of a cycle, I project them forth.
english translation
Resting upon My own nature, I project forth again and again this entire multitude of beings, which is without autonomy, being under the control of nature.
english translation
And those actions do not bind Me, O Dhanaṃjaya; I remain as one indifferent—seated apart—without attachment to those actions.
english translation
Under My supervision, Prakṛti brings forth the moving and the unmoving; because of this cause, O Kaunteya, the world-process turns and changes.
