नस्यादिषु स्थिराक्षीरमधुरैस्तैलमिष्यते | एरण्डपल्लवे मूले त्वचि वाऽऽजं पयः शृतम् ||११||

In nasal treatments, clarified butter prepared with sweet milk and stable oils is recommended. Additionally, milk infused with the leaves or roots of the castor plant, or the milk of a goat, can be used for external application on the skin.

Additionally, Madhu (honey), Rajani (a medicinal herb), Pathya (rejuvenative or beneficial herbs), and Devadaru (Cedrus deodara) should be ground together and used in the treatment.
