सिराभिरभिसम्प्राप्य विगुऽभ्यन्तरे भृशम् । प्रथमे पटले दोषो यस्य दृष्टौ व्यवस्थितः ॥६॥

जब दोष आंख की पहली परत तक पहुंच जाता है, तो सिर और आंख में तीव्र दर्द होता है, इससे दृष्टि प्रभावित होती है, जिससे दृश्य बोध में गड़बड़ी पैदा होती है।

When the Dosha reaches the second layer, the person perceives all forms indistinctly, and their vision becomes greatly disturbed, leading to confusion and agitation.

जब दोष दूसरी परत तक पहुंच जाता है, तो व्यक्ति को सभी रूप अस्पष्ट दिखाई देने लगते हैं, तथा उनकी दृष्टि बहुत अधिक क्षीण हो जाती है, जिससे भ्रम और बेचैनी पैदा होती है।

When the Dosha reaches the third layer, the person perceives things such as flies, mosquitoes, hair, cobwebs, circles, flags, rays, and earrings.

जब दोष तीसरी परत तक पहुँच जाता है, तो व्यक्ति मक्खियों, मच्छरों, बाल, मकड़ी के जाले, वृत्त, झंडे, किरणों और बालियों जैसी चीजों को देखता है।

Due to the delusion caused by the vision, objects that are near and far are seen differently. Even with effort, the person does not perceive the needle or the thread accurately.

दृष्टिभ्रम के कारण निकट और दूर की वस्तुएं भिन्न-भिन्न दिखाई देती हैं। प्रयत्न करने पर भी व्यक्ति को सुई या धागे का ठीक-ठीक पता नहीं चलता।
