वातपित्तकफैर्नॄणां चतुर्थः सन्निपाततः । वेपमानो दशन् दन्तान् श्वसन् फेनं वमन्नपि ॥११॥

Caused by Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, as well as a fourth type arising from their combined derangement (Sannipataja), the patient trembles, gnashes their teeth, breathes heavily, and even vomits foam.

वात, पित्त और कफ के कारण, तथा इनके संयुक्त विकार (सन्निपातज) से उत्पन्न चौथे प्रकार के रोग के कारण, रोगी कांपता है, दांत पीसता है, भारी सांस लेता है, तथा झाग भी उगलता है।

यो ब्रूयाद्विकृतं सत्त्वं कृष्णं मामनुधावति । ततो मे चित्तनाशः स्यात् सोऽपस्मारोऽनिलात्मकः ॥१२॥

He who speaks of the altered (or disturbed) nature of the mind, blackened and chasing after me, his mind shall be destroyed. This type of Apasmara is known as Anilatmaka (originating from the deranged Vata or wind).

जो मनुष्य मन की परिवर्तित (या विक्षुब्ध) प्रकृति की बात कहता है, काला हो गया है और मेरे पीछे भाग रहा है, उसका मन नष्ट हो जाएगा। इस प्रकार के अपस्मार को अनिलात्मक (विक्षिप्त वात या वायु से उत्पन्न) के रूप में जाना जाता है।

तृट्तापस्वेदमूर्च्छार्तो धुन्वन्नङ्गानि विह्वलः । यो ब्रूयाद्विकृतं सत्त्वं पीतं मामनुधावति ॥१३॥

The person who speaks of the altered nature of the mind, who is suffering from heat, perspiration, and fainting, and who is agitated, running after me while speaking of the disturbed state of the mind, will experience the destruction of their own mental faculties.

जो व्यक्ति मन की परिवर्तित प्रकृति के बारे में बोलता है, जो गर्मी, पसीने और बेहोशी से पीड़ित है, और जो मन की अशांत स्थिति के बारे में बोलते हुए उत्तेजित होकर मेरे पीछे भाग रहा है, उसकी मानसिक क्षमताओं का विनाश होगा।

ततो मे चित्तनाशः स्यात् स पित्तभव उच्यते । शीतहृल्लासनिद्रार्तः पतन् भूमौ वमन् कफम् ॥१४॥

Then my mind would be destroyed, and such a person is said to suffer from Pitta-related issues. He will experience coldness, restlessness, and disturbed sleep, falling to the ground, vomiting mucus, and experiencing the aggravation of Kapha.

तब मेरा मन नष्ट हो जाएगा, और ऐसा व्यक्ति पित्त से संबंधित समस्याओं से पीड़ित माना जाता है। उसे ठंड, बेचैनी, नींद में खलल, जमीन पर गिरना, बलगम की उल्टी और कफ की वृद्धि का अनुभव होगा।

यो ब्रूयाद्विकृतं सत्त्वं शुक्लं मामनुधावति । ततो मे चित्तनाशः स्यात् सोऽपस्मारः कफात्मकः ॥१५॥

If someone says that a white altered being is chasing me, then my mind would be destroyed, and such a person is said to suffer from a Kapha-related type of Apasmara.

यदि कोई कहता है कि एक श्वेत परिवर्तित प्राणी मेरा पीछा कर रहा है, तो मेरा मन नष्ट हो जाएगा, और ऐसा व्यक्ति कफ-संबंधी प्रकार के अपस्मार से पीड़ित कहा जाता है।
