स्रवेच्छनैरल्पमल्पं सरुजं वाऽथ नीरुजम् । विगुणानिलजो व्याधिः स मूत्रोत्सङ्गसञ्ज्ञितः ॥१६॥

When the urine flows in small amounts, either with or without pain, and is abnormal due to the deranged Vayu, this condition is known as Mutrotsanga. It is characterized by defective urination.

In a person with a dry and fatigued body, when Pitta and Vayu are lodged in the bladder, it causes intense burning pain and difficulty, leading to the condition known as Mutra-kshaya, where there is a reduction or scarcity of urine.

प्रत्युपस्थितमूत्रस्तु मैथुनं योऽभिनन्दति । तस्य मूत्रयुतं रेतः सहसा सम्प्रवर्तते ॥२०॥

When a person, who is experiencing the urge to urinate, indulges in sexual activity, semen may suddenly discharge along with the urine. This condition is known as Mutra-shukra, where the urine is mixed with semen.
