वेगं सन्धार्य मूत्रस्य यो भूयः स्रष्टुमिच्छति | तस्य नाभ्येति यदि वा कथञ्चित्सम्प्रवर्तते ||११||

The person who suppresses the urge to urinate and attempts to release it forcefully, if the urine does not flow or moves in an abnormal manner, will experience pain or discomfort in the lower abdomen (near the navel).

प्रवाहतो मन्दरुजमल्पमल्पं पुनः पुनः | मूत्रातीतं तु तं विद्यान्मूत्रवेगविघातजम् ||१२||

The person who experiences a slow, intermittent flow of urine, with mild pain repeatedly, should be understood to have Mutratita, a condition caused by the obstruction of the natural urge to urinate.

When the natural flow of urine is disturbed, the Apana Vayu becomes aggravated due to the obstruction, causing intense upward pressure, and the abdomen becomes greatly distended.

नाभेरधस्तादाध्मानं जनयेत्तीव्रवेदनम् | तं मूत्रजठरं विद्यादधःस्रोतोनिरोधनम् ||१४||

When intense pain and distension occur below the navel, it is caused by the obstruction of the lower orifices. This condition is known as Mutra-jathara, resulting from the blockage of the downward flow of urine.

बस्तौ वाऽप्यथवा नाले मणौ वा यस्य देहिनः | मूत्रं प्रवृत्तं सज्जेत सरक्तं वा प्रवाहतः ||१५||

When the urine flows from the bladder, either through the navel or the umbilicus, or from the urethra, it may appear in a steady stream, sometimes with blood. This condition is referred to as Mutrotsanga.
