सृजेदल्पाल्पमथवा सरुजस्कं शनैः शनैः । वातकुण्डलिकां तं तु व्याधिं विद्यात् सुदारुणम् ॥६॥

The urine, in small quantities or with pain, is slowly released in drops or scanty jets. This condition, known as Vata-kundalika, is to be understood as a very severe disease.

मूत्र कम मात्रा में या दर्द के साथ, धीरे-धीरे बूंदों या कम धारों में निकलता है। वात-कुंडलिका के नाम से जानी जाने वाली इस स्थिति को एक बहुत ही गंभीर बीमारी के रूप में समझा जाना चाहिए।

शकृन्मार्गस्य बस्तेश्च वायुरन्तरमाश्रितः । अष्ठीलावद्धनं ग्रन्थिं करोत्यचलमुन्नतम् ॥७॥

When Vayu, residing in the interior, obstructs the passage of the bladder, it causes a hard, immovable lump, like a stone, that is fixed and elevated, leading to the condition known as Ashthila.

जब वायु, आंतरिक भाग में रहती है, मूत्राशय के मार्ग में बाधा डालती है, तो यह पत्थर की तरह एक कठोर, अचल गांठ का निर्माण करती है, जो स्थिर और ऊंची होती है, जिससे अस्थिला नामक स्थिति उत्पन्न होती है।

विण्मूत्रानिलसङ्गश्च तत्राध्मानं च जायते । वेदना च परा बस्तौ वाताष्ठीलेति तां विदुः ॥८॥

When the Vayu obstructs the flow of urine and accumulates in the bladder, it causes distension and severe pain in the bladder. This condition is known as Vata-Asthila.

जब वायु मूत्र के प्रवाह में बाधा डालती है और मूत्राशय में जमा हो जाती है, तो यह मूत्राशय में फैलाव और गंभीर दर्द का कारण बनती है। इस स्थिति को वात-अस्थिला के नाम से जाना जाता है।

वेगं विधारयेद्यस्तु मूत्रस्याकुशलो नरः । निरुणद्धि मुखं तस्य बस्तेर्बस्तिगतोऽनिलः ॥९॥

The person who improperly suppresses the urge to urinate, causing the Vayu to become trapped in the bladder, will experience the obstruction of the urinary passage, leading to the blockage of air within the bladder.

जो व्यक्ति पेशाब करने की इच्छा को अनुचित तरीके से दबाता है, जिसके कारण वायु मूत्राशय में फंस जाती है, उसे मूत्र मार्ग में रुकावट का अनुभव होगा, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप मूत्राशय के भीतर हवा का अवरोध हो जाएगा।

मूत्रसङ्गो भवेत्तेन बस्तिकुक्षिनिपीडितः । वातबस्तिः स विज्ञेयो व्याधिः कृच्छ्रप्रसाधनः ॥१०॥

Due to the obstruction of urine, the person, with the bladder and abdomen compressed, experiences a condition known as Vata-vasti. This disease is difficult to cure and is recognized as a form of urinary difficulty.

मूत्र मार्ग में रुकावट के कारण मूत्राशय और पेट में दबाव पड़ने से व्यक्ति को वात-वस्ति नामक स्थिति का अनुभव होता है। इस बीमारी का इलाज मुश्किल है और इसे मूत्र संबंधी कठिनाई के रूप में पहचाना जाता है।
