मण्डूकिमर्कममृतां च सलाङ्गलाख्यां मूत्रे पचेत्तु महिषस्य विधानविद्वा | एतान्न सन्ति चतुरो लिहतस्तु लेहान् गुल्मारुचिश्वसनकण्ठहृदामयाश्च ||११||

An experienced physician should prepare a mixture by cooking Manduki, Arka, Amrita, and Langala with the urine of a she-buffalo. This preparation, when used as a lambative, helps in alleviating conditions like Gulma, aversion to food, asthma, and diseases affecting the heart and the larynx.

किसी अनुभवी चिकित्सक को भैंस के मूत्र के साथ मांडूकी, अर्क, अमृता और लंगला को पकाकर मिश्रण तैयार करना चाहिए। इस मिश्रण को मेमने की औषधि के रूप में इस्तेमाल करने से गुल्म, भोजन के प्रति अरुचि, अस्थमा और हृदय तथा स्वरयंत्र को प्रभावित करने वाली बीमारियों से राहत मिलती है।

सात्म्यान् स्वदेशरचितान् विविधांश्च भक्ष्यान् पानानि मूलफलषाडवरागयोगान् | अद्याद्रसांश्च विविधान् विविधैः प्रकारैर्भुञ्जीत चापि लघुरूक्षमनःसुखानि ||१२||

The patient should consume various types of food and drinks that are suitable for their country and physical constitution, including fruits, roots, and edible shoots. They should also enjoy different flavors and dishes in accordance with their taste, with food that is light, dry, and conducive to their well-being.

रोगी को अपने देश और शारीरिक संरचना के अनुकूल विभिन्न प्रकार के खाद्य और पेय पदार्थों का सेवन करना चाहिए, जिसमें फल, जड़ें और खाने योग्य अंकुर शामिल हैं। उन्हें अपने स्वाद के अनुसार विभिन्न स्वाद और व्यंजनों का भी आनंद लेना चाहिए, साथ ही ऐसा भोजन जो हल्का, सूखा और उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए अनुकूल हो।

आस्थापनं विधिवदत्र विरेचनं च कुर्यान्मृदूनि शिरसश्च विरेचनानि | त्रीण्यूषणानि रजनीत्रिफलायुतानि चूर्णीकृतानि यवशूकविमिश्रितानि ||१३||

The patient should undergo proper administration of Asthapana (medicated enema) and virechana (purgation). Mild purgatives should be used, and head-purgatives should be applied as well. The medicines should include Triyushana (three heating substances), Rajani (the two types of Rajani), and Triphala, powdered and mixed with barley powder for the treatment.

The medicines mixed with honey should be administered for mouth-opening purposes. The bitter and pungent medicines prescribed for treatment should be administered. Decoctions made from the roots and parts of Musta and other medicinal trees, along with the ten components prepared properly, should be used. These should be used with honey or various other preparations in the form of lambatives to conquer the disease.

मुख खोलने के लिए शहद में मिलाकर औषधियाँ देनी चाहिए। उपचार के लिए बताई गई कड़वी और तीखी औषधियाँ देनी चाहिए। मुस्ता और अन्य औषधीय वृक्षों की जड़ों और भागों से बने काढ़े और दस घटकों को ठीक से तैयार करके प्रयोग करना चाहिए। रोग पर विजय पाने के लिए इन्हें शहद या अन्य औषधियों के साथ लंबोदर औषधि के रूप में प्रयोग करना चाहिए।

मूत्रासवैर्गुडकृतैश्च तथा त्वरिष्टैः क्षारासवैश्च मधुमाधवतुल्यगन्धैः | स्यादेष एव कफवातहते विधिश्च शान्तिं गते हुतभुजि प्रशमाय तस्य ||१५||

The urine-based preparations, along with those made from jaggery, as well as the Arishtas and Ksharas with the scent similar to that of honey, should be used. These are the very treatments for ailments caused by Kapha and Vata. When the treatment has been successfully administered, it brings about peace and relief to the patient, similar to the effects of offerings made in fire rituals.
