लभते च बहूनन्यान् विकारान् वातकोपजान् । तं तैललवणाभ्यक्तं स्निग्धं स्विन्नं निरूहयेत् ॥४१॥
He also suffers from many other disorders caused by the aggravation of Vata. This person should be treated with oil and salt application, which is soothing, along with fomentation and enema.

वह वात की वृद्धि के कारण होने वाले कई अन्य विकारों से भी पीड़ित है। ऐसे व्यक्ति को तेल और नमक के लेप से उपचार करना चाहिए, जो सुखदायक है, साथ ही सिंकाई और एनीमा भी देना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptदोषतो भिन्नवर्चस्कं भुक्तं चाप्यनुवासयेत् । न चेच्छान्तिं व्रजत्येवमुदावर्तः सुदारुणः ॥४२॥
If the disorder is caused by a specific dosha, the patient should be treated according to the nature of that dosha and the symptoms they exhibit. If the treatment is not effective, the upward movement of the dosha (udavarta) will continue, becoming exceedingly painful and severe.

यदि विकार किसी विशिष्ट दोष के कारण होता है, तो रोगी का उपचार उस दोष की प्रकृति और उसके लक्षणों के अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए। यदि उपचार प्रभावी नहीं है, तो दोष (उदावर्त) की ऊपर की ओर गति जारी रहेगी, जो अत्यधिक दर्दनाक और गंभीर हो जाएगी।

Then, the patient should be treated with frequent sweating and purgation using oils, and should be given a mixture of triphala, pippali, and sour digestion-promoting substances to drink.

इसके बाद रोगी को तेलों से बार-बार पसीना निकालना और विरेचन करना चाहिए तथा त्रिफला, पिप्पली और पाचन को बढ़ाने वाले खट्टे पदार्थों का मिश्रण पिलाना चाहिए।

For the treatment of wind-related indigestion, one may use hing, kutaja, vaca, or vidanga, or a combination of these in a double dose. This will help in alleviating the symptoms of udavarta, pain, and wind-induced conditions.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptदेवदार्वग्निकौ कुष्ठं शुण्ठीं पथ्यां पलङ्कषाम् । पौष्कराणि च मूलानि तोयस्यर्धाढके पचेत् ॥४५॥
Devadaru (cedar), Agnikau, Kushta (Saussurea), Shunti (ginger), Pathya (beneficial herbs), Palangaksha, and Pushkara roots should be boiled in half the amount of water. This decoction will be helpful in treating udavarta and associated disorders.
