दुःस्पर्शास्वरसं वाऽपि कषायं कुङ्कुमस्य च । एर्वारुबीजं तोयेन पिबेद्वाऽलवणीकृतम् ॥२५॥
The person should drink an infusion of Dusparsha (Dura-labha) or an infusion of Kum-kum, or Ervaruka seeds mixed with water, possibly seasoned with salt.
