मन्यागलस्तम्भशिरोविकारा जृम्भोपघातात् पवनात्मकाः स्युः । श्रोत्राननघ्राणविलोचनोत्था भवन्ति तीव्राश्च तथा विकाराः ॥११॥

Due to the repression of natural urges, there can be disturbances in the head, neck, and throat, such as stiffness, severe headache, and blockage of the senses. These conditions, including issues with hearing, speaking, smelling, and vision, become intense and cause significant discomfort.

प्राकृतिक इच्छाओं के दमन के कारण सिर, गर्दन और गले में अकड़न, तेज सिरदर्द और इंद्रियों में रुकावट जैसी परेशानियाँ हो सकती हैं। सुनने, बोलने, सूंघने और देखने की समस्याओं सहित ये स्थितियाँ गंभीर हो जाती हैं और काफी असुविधा पैदा करती हैं।

आनन्दजं शोकसमुद्भवं वा नेत्रोदकं प्राप्तममुञ्चतो हि । शिरोगुरुत्वं नयनामयाश्च भवन्ति तीव्राः सह पीनसेन ॥१२॥

When tears caused by joy or sorrow are repressed, it results in heaviness in the head and various eye diseases. These symptoms become intense, especially when accompanied by catarrh (Pinasa), leading to significant discomfort.

भवन्ति गाढं क्षवथोर्विघाताच्छिरोक्षिनासाश्रवणेषु रोगाः । कण्ठास्यपूर्णत्वमतीव तोदः कूजश्च वायोरुत वाऽप्रवृत्तिः ॥१३॥

Intense cough, caused by obstruction or repression, leads to severe head, eye, and ear diseases. It also causes a feeling of fullness in the throat and mouth, accompanied by a painful sensation, and there may be a hoarse voice or the wind (Vayu) may not move as usual.

रुकावट या दमन के कारण होने वाली तीव्र खांसी से सिर, आंख और कान के गंभीर रोग हो जाते हैं। इसके कारण गले और मुंह में भारीपन महसूस होता है, साथ ही दर्द भी होता है, आवाज कर्कश हो सकती है या वायु सामान्य रूप से नहीं चल सकती।

उद्गारवेगेऽभिहते भवन्ति घोरा विकाराः पवनप्रसूताः । छर्देर्विघातेन भवेच्च कुष्ठं येनैव दोषेण विदग्धमन्नम् ॥१४॥

When the urge to eructate is suppressed, it causes severe disorders arising from the movement of Vayu. It leads to the suppression of vomiting, which can result in skin diseases (Kushtha), caused by the same Dosha that interferes with digestion and creates acidity.

जब डकार लेने की इच्छा दबा दी जाती है, तो यह वायु की गति से उत्पन्न गंभीर विकारों का कारण बनता है। यह उल्टी को दबा देता है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप त्वचा रोग (कुष्ठ) हो सकता है, जो उसी दोष के कारण होता है जो पाचन में बाधा डालता है और अम्लता पैदा करता है।

मूत्राशये पायुनि मुष्कयोश्च शोफो रुजो मूत्रविनिग्रहश्च । शुक्राश्मरी तत्स्रवणं भवेद्वा ते ते विकारा विहते तु शुक्रे ॥१५॥

In the urinary bladder, in the scrotum, and in the groin, there will be swelling, pain, and suppression of urine. This may lead to seminal retention, gravel formation, and its discharge. These are the disorders that arise when seminal fluid is repressed.

मूत्राशय, अंडकोश और कमर में सूजन, दर्द और पेशाब का रुकना होगा। इससे वीर्य का रुकना, बजरी बनना और उसका रिसाव हो सकता है। ये वे विकार हैं जो वीर्य के दब जाने पर उत्पन्न होते हैं।
