सुरसादिविपक्वेन सर्पिषा वान्तमादितः । विरेचयेत्तीक्ष्णतरैर्योगै --- । --- रास्थापयेच्च तम् ॥२१॥
With the matured clarified butter (ghee) prepared with the Surasadi group of herbs, induce vomiting (emesis) first. Then, using stronger medicinal preparations, purge the patient. After that, administer an enema with the appropriate medicinal decoctions to restore balance.
