गुणास्तीव्रतरत्वेन स्थितास्तु विषमद्ययोः । त एव तस्माज्जायेत मोहस्ताभ्यां यथेरितः ॥११॥
The qualities of poison and wine are more intense, and it is because of these potent properties that fainting (Moha) arises from their influence, as described earlier.

विष और मदिरा के गुण अधिक तीव्र होते हैं और इन प्रबल गुणों के कारण ही इनके प्रभाव से मूर्च्छा (मोह) उत्पन्न होती है, जैसा कि पहले बताया जा चुका है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्तब्धाङ्गदृष्टिस्त्वसृजा गूढोच्छ्वासश्च मूर्च्छितः । मद्येन विलपंश्छेते नष्टविभ्रान्तमानसः । गात्राणि विक्षिपन् भूमौ जरां यावन्न याति तत् ॥१२॥
With stiffened limbs, fixed gaze, and a hidden deep breath, the person in a state of fainting (Murccha) lies on the ground. While under the influence of wine, they speak deliriously, their mind confused and lost. Their body convulses, tossing and turning on the ground until the effects subside.

अकड़ते हुए अंगों, स्थिर निगाहों और छिपी हुई गहरी सांस के साथ, बेहोशी (मुरछा) की स्थिति में व्यक्ति ज़मीन पर लेट जाता है। शराब के नशे में वे पागलों की तरह बोलते हैं, उनका दिमाग भ्रमित और खोया हुआ होता है। उनका शरीर ऐंठने लगता है, ज़मीन पर तब तक उछलता-कूदता रहता है जब तक कि असर कम नहीं हो जाता।

In cases of fainting caused by poison, there will be symptoms such as trembling, sleepiness, thirst, and paralysis. These should be recognized as the more intense manifestations of poisoning, according to its specific signs.

ज़हर के कारण बेहोशी के मामलों में, कांपना, नींद आना, प्यास लगना और लकवा जैसे लक्षण होंगे। इन्हें ज़हर के विशिष्ट लक्षणों के अनुसार, ज़हर के अधिक तीव्र लक्षणों के रूप में पहचाना जाना चाहिए।

In cases of fainting, remedies such as sprinkling of water, cold baths, cool gems, cold plasters, fan, cooling breeze, and cold, fragrant drinks are effective in alleviating the condition and preventing its recurrence.

Drinks that are life-sustaining in cases of fainting include those made with white sugar, clarified butter, and juices of grapes, Madhuka (licorice), dates, and the juice of Kasmarya (a medicinal plant), all of which should be prepared and consumed to restore strength.
