क्षीणस्य बहुदोषस्य विरुद्धाहारसेविनः | वेगाघातादभीघाताद्धीनसत्त्वस्य वा पुनः ||३||

sanskrit

For a person who is weak, afflicted by multiple doshas, who consumes incompatible food, or who is weakened by the suppression of natural urges or by external shocks or injuries, fainting (Murccha) may occur.

करणायतनेषूग्रा बाह्येष्वाभ्यन्तरेषु च | निविशन्ते यदा दोषास्तदा मूर्च्छन्ति मानवाः ||४||

When the doshas enter the external and internal channels of the body and become aggravated, then the human beings fall into a state of fainting (Murccha).

हृत्पीडा जृम्भणं ग्लानिः सञ्ज्ञानाशो बलस्य च | सर्वासां पूर्वरूपाणि, यथास्वं ता विभावयेत् ||५||

Pain in the heart, yawning, fatigue, loss of consciousness, and weakness are the premonitory signs of fainting (Murccha), which should be recognized and understood according to their specific nature.
