सुगन्धिभिः सलवणैर्योगैः साजाजिशर्करैः । विडङ्गगाढं धान्याम्लं पाययेताप्यनन्तरम् ॥२१॥
The patient should drink a decoction made with aromatic substances, salt, jaggery, and Vidanga, mixed with sour rice, immediately after the previous treatments.

रोगी को पूर्व उपचार के तुरंत बाद खट्टे चावलों में सुगंधित पदार्थ, नमक, गुड़ और विडंग मिलाकर बनाया गया काढ़ा पीना चाहिए।
