अवगाहाश्च शस्यन्ते यच्चान्यदपि तद्धितम् | कफपित्तावरुद्धस्तु मारुतो रसमूर्च्छितः ||१३१||

Baths (avagaha) are also beneficial, and anything else that is appropriate for the condition should be used. When the doshas of Kapha and Pitta are obstructed, the Vata (air element) becomes disturbed, leading to a loss of the digestive juices (rasamurcchita) and resulting in fainting or weakness.

When the pain is located in the heart, causing intense chest pain and difficulty in breathing, it is known as 'Hriddhool' (heart-related pain), and it arises from the disturbance of the rasa (digestive juices) and air (Vata) dosha.

From the disturbance of the bladder and the navel area, pain (Shoola) arises. This is due to the obstruction of urine and air (Vata) in the bladder, resulting in bladder pain caused by the aggravated Vata.

When there is a blockage in the navel, sides, abdomen, or the lower part of the abdomen (including the bladder and kidneys), and when the urine is obstructed, the pain of urination (mootrashoola) arises due to the disturbance of Vata (air).
