काकानुलूकान्नकुलान् बिडालान् गण्डूपदान् व्यालबिलेशयाखून् । गृध्रांश्च दद्याद्विविधैः प्रवादैः ससैन्धवान् सर्षपतैलभृष्टान् ॥३६॥
One should give meat of crows, owls, mongooses, rats, tigers, and vultures, along with those mixed with sesame oil, oil, and oil used for frying, along with the appropriate medicines.

कौवे, उल्लू, नेवले, चूहे, बाघ और गिद्ध का मांस देना चाहिए, साथ ही तिल, तेल और तलने के तेल में मिलाकर मांस देना चाहिए तथा उचित औषधियां देनी चाहिए।

He should drink meat soups mixed with medicinal decoctions, and wines that are mild in nature. He should also consume foods prepared with barley, mixed with various other dishes, and water infused with the juice of herbs like Arka (Calotropis).

hk transliteration by Sanscriptखादेत्, पिबेत् सर्पिरजाविकं वा कृशो यवाग्वा सह भक्तकाले । सर्पिर्मधुभ्यां त्रिकटु प्रलिह्याच्चव्याविडङ्गोपहितं क्षयार्तः ॥३९॥
The emaciated person should eat and drink clarified butter mixed with barley gruel during meal times. He should also lick a mixture of clarified butter, honey, and trikatu (a combination of black pepper, long pepper, and ginger), and consume it along with spices like chavyavida (spices for digestion) to alleviate the condition of wasting.

कृशकाय व्यक्ति को भोजन के समय जौ के दलिया में घी मिलाकर खाना-पीना चाहिए। उसे घी, शहद और त्रिकटु (काली मिर्च, पीपल और अदरक का मिश्रण) का मिश्रण चाटना चाहिए और इसे चव्यविद (पाचन के लिए मसाले) जैसे मसालों के साथ खाना चाहिए, इससे कृशकाय की स्थिति कम होती है।

Clarified butter prepared with meat and meat products, along with sugarcane juice and raisins, is beneficial for treating emaciation. A paste made from raisins, honey, and oil, combined with sugarcane, is also effective in curing wasting diseases.
