चत्वार एते योगाः स्युः पक्वातीसारनाशनाः । उक्ता य उपयोज्यास्ते सक्षौद्रास्तण्डुलाम्बुना ॥७१॥
These four preparations are the ones that can eliminate chronic dysentery. They are to be used with clarified butter and rice water.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptमौस्तं कषायमेकं वा पेयं मधुसमायुतम् । लोध्राम्बष्ठाप्रियङ्ग्वादीन् गणानेवं प्रयोजयेत् ॥७२॥
One should use a decoction of musta or a drink mixed with honey. It should be prepared with the ingredients like lodhra, ashtapriyaṅga, and others in the mentioned manner.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपद्मां समङ्गां मधुकं बिल्वजम्बूशलाटु च । पिबेत्तण्डुलतोयेन सक्षौद्रमगदङ्करम् ॥७३॥
One should drink rice water mixed with honey, along with the following ingredients: padma, samanga, madhuka, bilva, jambusala, and lakucha. This combination is beneficial for alleviating dysentery.

चावल के पानी में शहद मिलाकर पीना चाहिए, साथ ही इसमें पद्म, समंग, मधुका, बिल्व, जम्बूशाल और लकुचा भी मिला लेना चाहिए। यह मिश्रण पेचिश को कम करने में लाभकारी है।

One should use a paste of kachura root or a fruit similar to the udumbara (fig), along with milk, sandalwood, padma, white mustard, and the stamens of the lotus (abjakesara) for treatment.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपक्वातिसारं योगोऽयं जयेत्पीतः सशोणितम् । निरामरूपं शूलार्तं लङ्घनाद्यैश्च कर्षितम् ॥७५॥
This remedy cures chronic dysentery when taken with fresh blood. It relieves the patient of the disease, who suffers from severe pain, after purgation and other methods of treatment that weaken the condition.
